Q: What is your TAT? 
A: Our TAT is 10-15 business days. If you ordered a custom with special ribbon, I will keep in contact with you about your TAT. Business days do not include weekends or banker holidays. 

Q: What are the sizes? 
A: Micro is a 4 inch bow. Petite is a 4.5-5 inch bow, classic is a 5.5 inch bow, and grand is a 6-7 inch bow. Piggies/singles are offered in 3.5-4 inches. 

Q: What backing options do you offer? 
A: All Bows will be on clips, but I have interchangeable bands for sale. Customs can be ordered on any backing.

Q: How do I contact you with questions or to change a shipping address? 
A: Please use the contact tab for any questions or changes! I also respond on my business page on Facebook. 

Q: Do you do returns? 
A: I do not accept returns. I will remake a bow that was damaged upon arrival, but I require picture proof that it was damaged upon arrival. 

Q: What if my package never showed up? 
A: You will need to file a claim with USPS about a missing package.
